About The Event
Greetings Vendors and Exhibitors,
Mayor Pro Tem Casey Thomas and Where Are You Outreach would personally like to invite and share this opportunity to network with many resources in the DFW area that offer services to the underserved / homeless communities. This will be the first ever Homeless Expo “The Pursuit of Wholeness” powered by local service providers. The purpose of this expo is to introduce and network the vendors that offer a variety of resources and/or services to the homeless/underserved communities. Vendors are encouraged to visit the hundreds of booths from 10am - 11:30am and then the doors will be opened for the homeless to enter and learn the services available to them around the DFW area. That's why we need YOU...representation from Dallas to Fort Worth and all cities in between and surrounding areas to accommodate the needs of the transient homeless population.
If you offer ANY type of assistance or service, your table/booth space is free of charge. You can either provide information only OR offer your services to the homeless between 11:30am - 2:30pm.
The registered vendors who commit by January 1st will be published in a DFW directory so that resources can be readily available for appropriate referrals.
The event will take place February 2, 2019 at Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center (Exhibit Hall F) in Dallas, Texas.
NOTE: WE HAVE SPACE FOR UP TO 700 EXHIBITORS. So if you know any other community based organizations that may be beneficial to attendees or render care please share or forward them the letter and application.

We would love for you to be a part of this monumental experience! Attached you will find all the information needed to be a part of the expo. Please come prepared to display your service, outreach, merchandise, resources, and information that attendee’s may connect with you.

All PRE-REGISTERED EXHIBITORS selling merchandise (non-service providers) who desire to cancel must send an email, two weeks prior to the event [January 19, 2019]. The commitment to obtain a space becomes valid when we have received email from you.

**Set-up time will begin on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 8am until 3pm.
You can arrive on Saturday, Feb. 2nd as early as 8am
Closing time for the EXPO will be at 4:30pm on Feb. 2, 2019.
** All merchandise must be out of exhibit hall by 7:00 p.m.

EXHIBIT BOOTH APPLICATION—Homeless Service Provider Expo DALLAS, TEXAS – FEBRUARY 2, 2019
We welcome your application. Please read carefully and observe all of the rules and regulations as printed below.
Booth size – 10’ X 10’ with a table, two chairs, and a sign with exhibitor’s name and booth Number.
Resource provider booth space—(First booth free = one 10x10)
Each additional booth space we ask for a donation of $30.00 per booth
BOOTHS WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Vendors selling merchandise are requested to make a contribution in the amount of minimum of $30.00 per their booth space. (Only service providers are FREE)
PLEASE NOTE: For the convenience of all EXHIBITORS, the following rules will apply
1. Audio Equipment: Playing of any type of audio equipment is prohibited unless requested by Expo coordinators.
2. Food: Cooking, or selling of food must be approved by Expo coordinator otherwise prohibited
3. Refunds and Returns: A posted sign is required stating your policy of non-returnable products for vendors selling items
4. Taxes: Exhibitors may be required by the State of Texas to pay a State-Sales Tax of $08.25 of all sales receipts;
5. Logos and Trade Marks: You are prohibited from using or selling items which bear the name, logo, or mark of "Homeless Expo" OR ANY VARIATION.
6. Cancellation policies: All pre-registered Exhibitors selling merchandise who desire to cancel must send a notice in writing prior to January 15, 2019
No refunds will be issued.
Violation of these rules will result in the forfeit of fees, and exhibitor will be asked to
immediately vacate the premises by authorized personnel.
